At IMG Academy, we stand behind the quality of our athletic gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your performance equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in peak condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
